- Take back scheme in place - We will collect all used toners as part of our Duty of Care. They will either be reused or sent for recycling - never targeted for landfill. Even the waste toner from used cartridges prior to remanufacture is sent for reuse.
- Best option advice - We will advise on 'best option' when ordering. If there is a more cost effective product - such as a high capacity toner or inkjet, over a standard capacity available - we will offer prices for both so the more cost effective product may be considered.
- Problems - Any product supplied by us, in the unlikely event there should be a problem, it will be dealt with swiftly and effectively with little or no loss of printer down time.
- Comprehensive Sourcing - Because of our many contacts and over 30 years in the industry, we are able to source any product that may be required and at a fair price.
- Attention to requirements - We will deal with orders efficiently and quickly with either same day delivery or next day unless notified as to the reason why.

Because we use only the original genuine brand used cartridge for our remanufactured toners and drum units and are rebuilt with new quality assured components replaced, they are also classified as ‘compatible’. Rest assured that our own brand toners are of a high quality, and to give you that further confidence we indemnify printers using our products against consequential damage.
